- Special offer prices - The colour codes above show where special offers can be applied (or not). The key for these offers is as follows. Note - only 1 offer can be applied to each booking.

- Winter booking period:- 20% Off prices shown (This applies to full week bookings only during this period and excludes Wheatsheaf & Hayloft).
- Peak Time Break Period:- 3/4 Day Short Breaks (Fri-Mon or Mon-Fri) only bookable within 28 days of the holiday start.
- Non-Peak Time Break Period:- Short Breaks (3 or 4 days) can be booked any time in advance of the holiday start date all year round for any dates NOT shown in yellow.
- Full weeks:- can be booked any time.
- 3/4 day short breaks - Are charged at 75% of the full week rate (Millstones, CoachHouse, Wheatsheaf, Harvesters and Stables) or 70% of the full week rate (Hayloft, Mews, Granary and Buttery).
- Small Party Reduction - All dates NOT marked with an asterisk qualify for 20% OFF (Full week prices only) if your party size is such that a cottage is only partly occupied. For numbers refer to cottage descriptions.
