A very spacious cottage with much character including feature stonework, vaulted beamed ceilings, four poster bed and a woodburner. It has it's own enclosed garden opening onto the main communal grounds and excellent sea views. Harvester Kitchen Ground floor: - The well-equipped kitchen with feature stone wall contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier and has a door leading to its own garden. The beamed sitting / dining room with TV, DVD Player and VCR has a patio door also leading straight to the garden. There is a double bed settee in the lounge which can increase the capacity of the cottage from 6 to 8. Shower / toilet, approached by a step down. First floor - A stepped landing leads to a large bedroom with king-sized Harvesters 4-Poster four poster bed, beamed and vaulted ceiling and en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, toilet and basin - also accessed from the landing. 1 single bedroom, 1 very large bedroom with 3 single beds, beamed and vaulted ceiling. Heating Night Storage Heating (NSH) with some panel heaters. Woodburner in the lounge.
